This project will be open by early 2021 for Phase 1 including Resorts/Hotels (New World, Rosewood, KHOS and All Suites) managed by Rosewood Group with around 1,000 rooms; Hoianashores Golf Club & HOIANA Casino managed by Suncity Group. Key achievements & responsibilities: Managing a team of 18 headcounts and will be up to 70 staff next year. Standard Operating Procedures - Coordinate the MEP design and execution between the design office and contractors/subcontractors. - Audit the performance of MEP Subcontractors - Responsible for International and Local Building Codes of all MEP Systems - Responsible for ensuring all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings. Operations - Provide Planning input for the MEP works and Monitor Planning vs. Progress on site. - Ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, international codes, - Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis. - Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI’s. - Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time. Quality of Maintenance - Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QCManual. - Secure all equipment is updated in terms of preventive maintenance. - Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design. External Contracts for Maintenance - Secure all contracts are updated and renewed. - Oversee equipment warranty duration and retentions. - Review the general contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead. Fire & Life Safety - Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities and regulations. - Provide guidance, managerial, technical support to complete the project team. - Oversee and enforce the implementation of HSE by MEP technicians. Administration - Attend regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions. - Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling. - Prepare plans and schedules, status reports, and performance evaluations. Training - Ensure organizational activity aimed at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings.
