1. In charge of Financial Controller of |The Anam Resort| •To set up and implement hotel’s internal control policies and procedures. Providing assistance to operating departments in complying with and improving internal control. •Establishing the reporting system to monitoring all activities of accounting department and other departments, it includes management reports, financial reports, statistic reports… • Analysing business situation and making forecast report for next periods, by the way I can help BOM in business orientation for next periods. •Building financial budget and business plan for next year as the requirement from BOD. •Supervising staffs in daily work and help them to solve irregular cases. •On behalf of GM to communicate with Head Owner, auditor, tax department… I have experience in tax inspection. 2. Work as Chief Accountant of| East Sea Bai Dai Comp.Ltd| (Owner): • Check, follow and clarify the construction expenses. • Co-operate with external audit for make conciliation investment capital for The Anam Resort and Marinaclub project. • Keep tracking the progress of the contract for making the payment. • Performing accounting work: bookkeeping, handling general ledger of the Office, inventory lists, reviewing payable and receivable accounts to report to the Director. • Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports, statistic reports as requirement of state departments and the company’s regulations. • Assisting the Deputy Director in controlling and approving expenditure of the Hotel. • Supervising activities of the Hotel and reporting to Deputy Director. • Controlling the assets and equipment which Corporation transferred to the Hotel. 3.General Accountant |The Anam| • Make monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash flow statement • Monthly forecast P/L and forecast of production cost • Prepare accurate month end financial reports & analysis as per Owners reporting timetable. • Oversee the Accounts Payable, function to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner and expenses are appropriately approved and coded accurately. • Oversee the Cost Controller function to ensure expenses are record appropriately and coded accurately. • Oversee the accurate preparation of the Daily Revenue Journal and ensure circulated to Department Heads on a timely basis. • Prepare a monthly cash flow forecast for review by the Financial Controller. 4.Cost controller|The Anam| • Daily Food and Beverage Flash Cost Reports. • Monthy food and beverage cost reports and journal entry for Officer Checks. • Establish par stock levels for outlet beverage stocks and carry out monthly spot checks. • Report of slow moving beverage items on a monthly basis •Update Purchasing system for new food or beverage items…. 5.Fixed asset Acountant |The Anam| •Prepares monthly lapsing schedule of equipments and other Capex •Responsible for the mid year and year end physical inventory count of fixed •Report in monitoring the incoming and outgoing equipment of the company •Prepares monthly depreciation and amortization on every outlets and the property as a whole for financial statement preparation…
