You may call me Samedy or "Zduy" in local name, a great commitment and strong healthy manager! Once again, Samedy an originally French words for Saturday which ending with "i"not "y" and still me. A Cambodian born with Mongolian and a bit of mixed Chinese or Vietnamese from many generations in the past. I achieved my general tourism and hotel hospitality program specializing in food and beverage administration from a very famous vocational center and training programmed by Swiss management and hotelier from Lausanne school. This very well-known owned non-organization property was established earlier year 1996 to 2005 in Siem Reap Cambodia. I am almost likely a Vietnamese person after 9 years working and living in this beautiful country nowadays. Basically, I also speak and understand Vietnamese communication very well besides English, Cambodian(Khmer) and a little bit of Japanese. My passion is food and beverage operational included general customer services, up-selling, staff training, marketing plan & competition, promotions, revenue target, maintain costing, standard(SOP) especially restaurant and bar management..etc. I am hardworking, loyalty, teamwork, punctuality, good human relations, work under pressure, flexible, be able to work with multi-nationalities and think outside the box mindset always.

It's very simple role.! A long term employment with unlimited company motivational. I am open to any kind of environments, especially in tourism and hospitality sector such as hotels, restaurants and bar..etc. Work under pressure, challenges, business development of the company, good result of projects, meet datelines and flexibility manager. Perhaps, I never count myself for any extra hours as well as it just a parts of side duty responsibility and work progress which i assumed as normal job for every tasks and many positive things more...etc.
