Managing and coordinating activities of receiving and conveying information of COO to the units inside and outside the Company to ensure smooth, prompt and timely, the right subjects, accurate and confidential. Scheduling, preparing agenda and meeting materials and type minutes for various meetings; Support to translate Vietnamese to English or vice versa. Supporting in Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
