● Analyze accounting books to test highly sensitive accounts and transactions. Write meaningful reports that summarize & categorize transaction findings that add values for clients ● Build charts and graphs from financial data in Microsoft Excel to exhibit client’s business performance & historical trends ● Conduct company-wide surveys to assess corporate compliance programs. Visualize survey results in Microsoft PowerPoint to provide insights for management to make strategic decisions to mitigate legal, regulatory and business risks, especially for multinational companies operating in Vietnam ● Collaborate with team members from Singapore, US, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city on global projects. Coordinated weekly team meetings to ensure adequate work progress ● Assist investors in Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption due diligence projects which involves interview of key management personnels to understand their business operations, perform policies and procedures gap analysis to recommend improvements ● Perform business intelligence check on suspected non-state entities to identify conflict of interest which could indicate potential frauds
