- Establish policies, employee handbook. - Set up Management System includes: Inventory Management, Employee Management, POS, Loyalty Program, Logistic System. - Consult on layout set up, equipments purchasing. - Set up the bar layout. - Evaluate vendors, suppliers before signing contract. - Maintain positive relationship with vendors, suppliers and internal contacts between departments. - Recruit, train, evaluate Operation Team and Bar Team. - Head of Beverage R&D. - Conduct internal Hygiene Training, Product Knowledge. - Follow up with QA & QC to provide the best services. - Establish stores improvement plans for increasing revenue, personal development to archive both excellent business results and operation standards. - Maintain positive relationship with Store Management Team to motivate the team, follow up the plans and company direction. - Establish connection between stores, departments to archive a smooth operation for the system. - Control Operation Cost, Labor Cost to maximize company profits. - Evaluate the Store Management Team yearly to make sure all the team follow Core Values.
