a) Checking the legal character for cash and bank documents and entries which was make by cash and bank accountant to assure that all of them are corrected and accepted by VAS ( Vietnamese Accounting Sys term) b) Checking the legal character for account receivable and account payable including local and oversea suppliers all of documents and entries which was make by AR-AP Accountant to assure that all of them are corrected and accepted by VAS ( Vietnamese Accounting Sys term) c) Checking the legal character for inventories entries and document which was make by inventory accountant to assure that all of them are corrected and accepted by VAS (Vietnamese Accounting System) this job is very important we have to do stock count at the end of the month for physical quantity of materials including at the ware house and at the factory to assure that the product cost was correct. d) Calculate the fixed asset and office equipment depreciation and calculate and allocation the expenses for short-term and long-term deferred. e) Calculate costing product. (Recipe of food for restaurant, purchasing cost for trading, expenses for each project for market research) f) Checking accrual entries at the end of the month to assure that we are not short the fee or the expenses in the accounting period
