- Responsible for operating and managing the activities of the Agricultural Division and the development of the Company's raw material areas - Report to the Board of Directors, Board of Members on the implementation plan monthly, quarterly and annually - Assign tasks and KPIs to departments under management: material development department, agricultural stations, mechanized production team - Negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers of materials, fertilizers, plant protection solution, and supply of sugarcane and raw materials - Develop a budget plan for the Agriculture Division and implement an action plan to achieve the goals assigned by the Company - Coordinate activities to develop material areas, develop sugarcane growing areas, and take care of sugarcane. - Organize the work of harvesting sugarcane when in harvest season.
