Assists Event Service Manager to prepare and provide regular updates of the Events Departmental Budget ensuring targets are accomplished and expenditure control. • Ensures new technology and equipment are implemented effectively, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system. • Maintain constant communication with the Chef de Cuisine Events to ensure a flawless operation in all of functions. • Collaborates closely with Event Sales Team and Event Planning Team to create numerous of suggestions and ideas to serve a variety of guests’ demands • Joining projects of the hotel and department especially Luxury Redefinition of all event venues from 2019 to present • Support Hyatt’s learning and development philosophies by working with the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers to provide ongoing opportunities for full time employees and minimum training for casual employees. • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of Florist & Audio Visual to achieve guest satisfaction. • Assists Event Service Manager to ensure the series of Master Food & Wine – Passion Week 2018/2019 are executed smoothly and successfully
