Engineer I at Advanced Manufacturing Engineer department since June 2021. Technical Writer at Project Management department since July 2020. - Update Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Order (ECO). - Develop comprehensive user manual and other technical documents for automation system, testing robot which is used for device under test. - Obtain a good understanding of GES products such as part, assembly, and testing system. Then, translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content. - Write user-friendly content with insights language that meets the needs of the customers from 100 to 300 pages. - Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including document control, usability tests, technical drawings, design specifications. - Evaluate and develop current technical documents with Vietnam and foreign Design Engineers.
