Interviewed all the Department Heads, worked with all the suppliers, drafted the Menu, reated all the outlets concept. + The Resort met the Opening Schedule and successfully opened in Feb 2015, and now, it was rated one of the best hotels and resorts in Hoi An by Tripadvisor. 7) General Manager ( Pre-Opening )( February 2014– August 2014) - Blue Bay Mui Ne Resort& Spa, 4 star, 85 rooms - Suoi Nuoc Beach, Mui Ne Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province - Job description: + My main duty is to plan and write the Resort Setting up schedule and Action Plan. I also wrote the Sales and Marketing Plan 2014- 2015, the Resort Employee Handbook, all the SOP ( Standard Operations Procedures ), forms and Training Program, the content and concept of Resort Sales Kit and Website, the Emergency Reaction and Evacuation Plan.
