RMIT Golden Flames Competition Club Ho Chi Minh City, VN Lead of Marketing (Creative) May 2019 – Nov 2020 • Conducting creative research, meetings, closing on art options and direction. Responsible for finishing products and brand control of the club. Achievement: Lead key graphics for annual events (Flames Series 2, 3, Break the barrier, Management trainee sharing session) with impacts of ~1000 people over 2 years). From a fresh 1-year-old club to one of the most influenced academic clubs in RMIT. BSSC – Business Startup Support Center Ho Chi Minh City, VN Global Network Team March 2020 – May 2020 • Owning aspects and features of the 2020 Startup Wheel competition. Communicating and negotiating benefits with various accelerators for their registration. Achievement: Teams from 25 different countries registered in the International Board of Startup Wheel 2020. Various media coverage (resulted from benefits). Student Council – RMIT Vietnam SGS Project lead of Survey Project June 2019 – Sep 2019 • Researched and conducted surveys on large scale (campus coverage), a collaboration project between Student Life and Student Council. Facilitated procurement and media planning, monitored outsourced media work. Achievement: 1000+ response from students. Student Council – RMIT Vietnam SGS Lead of sponsorship team September 2018 – June 2019 • Conduct L’Amour Music Festival diplomatic approaches to companies for sponsorship, including researching leads, leading negotiations, closing on contracts and on-site representation. Achievement: Over 7,000 USD in cash & in-kind sponsor – Unilever’s cash sponsorship (2,500 USD). Exclusive media coverage with Billboard Vietnam.
