- Be in charge of the plan (coordinate with General Manager) to increase the resort awareness through various measures: set up new brand identification, colored logo, website; carry out market survey; establish new price list.
- Be in charge of searching and developing client sources from tour agents, which are highly stable in the long time ( increased the occupancy rate in the weekdays from 10% to 50%).
- Be in charge of handling key partners, particularly business visitors in Vung Tau province.
- Monitor as well as directly get involved in executing monthly, quarterly sales plans in order to ensure target achievement.
- Lead the improvement of sales and marketing procedures: sales procedure; customer service related procedures such as feedback survey, special client care list; newsletter update.

Responsibilities: Be responsible for daily sales operation, act as assistant for Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Directly manage all client accounts including company clients, top accounts.
- Deal with travel agents in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Can Tho.
- Conduct weekly sales-calls to travel agents in HCMC.
- Being responsible for effective operation of the sales section, on a day to day basis through the management process of planning, training, organizing, controlling and innovating new ideas that will be beneficial for the company.
- Optimize sales revenue through active selling and efficient and friendly services.
- Develop and coordinate the marketing activities that raise public awareness of our seasonal products to reach more clients.
