Included: ● Successfully plan and direct facilities staff to drive 24/7 sustainable operation with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, safety inspections, technical issues investigation and troubleshooting, system improvement, and upgrade processes. ● Built the in-house team to perform preventive maintenance for the MVAC system for all locations of FLG Vietnam in 2015 which is saving $20K monthly. ● Built and implemented the Jira maintenance system for 64 locations that helped run 5,500 preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tickets smoothly per month and completed above 90% of planned work. ● Managed and controlled the operation budget under 85% approval budget. ● Successfully implemented the renovation of projects: California Hung Vuong Plaza $400K in 2015; California Queen Ann 21500 square feet (District 1), Crescent Mall 16000 square feet (District 7) and California Saigon Port 43000 square feet (District 4) in 2018; Sky City – 88 Lang Ha $400K in 2020. ● Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or performing preventive maintenance on facilities and making corrective maintenance as needed. ● Monitor the safety of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, centers, and warehouses, as well as ensure compliance with government regulations about HSE. ● Oversee and manage facility renovations with all projects completed on time and within budget. ● Document operational tasks and report to upper-level management on maintenance, repairs, HSE, Utility, and other occurrences. ● Conduct monthly review of properties and facility inspections, ensuring completed actions. ● Designed the energy-saving plan to apply for all locations of FLG Vietnam in 2016 which is saving $10K per month. ● No incident issue affected/interrupted company business from 2013 until now. ● Built and developed facilities management procedures and guidelines, including space, moving, and system standard operating procedures. ● Reduced construction time by 30% when updating 11 Hypoxi studios in 2020&2021. ● Conducted to install and maintain successful Australia Hypoxi machines (first branch at Viet Nam) for 11 Hypoxi studios in 2020&2021 which saved $10K for every studio. ● Organize team roles and evaluate employees' performance.
