Being extremely flexible, multitasking, goal oriented and willing to constantly improve. I combine and apply the experience gained during more than 20 years of working in Red Cross and Red Crescent movement and business sector. I have shown my ability to handle various kinds of complex projects. My strength is to achieve planned results in-time with minimal resources and under time pressure. Through my assignments in development projects, my competency and knowledge of the project cycle management has been improved significantly. Besides, I am able to quickly analyze our partner’s core capacities and used them for the improvement of outputs, with the right balance between leadership skills and diplomatic skills to influence partners and peers.
