Management engineering system - Make maintenance schedule for building system : Electrical, mechanical, Fire life safety, HVAC - Arrange works base on yearly plan : periodic maintenance building system , preventive maintenance early - Daily checking and troubleshooting to ensure building good condition - Optimize operation to save cost 2. Management manpower - Arrange duty roster , AL for team - Create a strong team : Assign job base on strength of each person - Recruit and training new staff 3. Management budget and expenses - Make yearly budget and following expenses - Increase performance using equipment through :maintenance , spare part 4. Management risk - Evaluate risk of building system to have prevent action - Make sure maintenance schedule implement 5. Management contractor - Supervise contractor to do maintenance system well : Generator , fire alarm , chiller, boiler - Supervise contractor to do renovate building : Make sure safety , good quality 6. Management document - Ensure legal about : fire safety , environment , work safety - Coordinate with government department to follow Vietnam
