Experienced for 15 years in the Hospitality Industry assisting multi type of nationality specifically in the areas of Food & Beverage and Finance, in person and over the phone. I did a Call Center job in one of the Philippines BPO industry I was trained by a top trainor both hospitality and bpo in particular.
