I am working for The Grand Ho Tram Strip company in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, I was M-E supervisor for The Grand before opening over 8 months. After I was engineering supervisor, responsible for maintenance and operate supervisor for building. I think The Grand company some of the same with your company, because there are 22 floors hotel, restaurant, pool, entertainment centre... and many equipment as PAUs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Boilers, Generators, Cooling towers, Water systems, Fire alarm systems…etc. I can operate competently systems in my company as BMS system(Building Management System), ATS(Automatic Transfer Switch), chiller systems, generator systems … I shall ensure all equipment is in good working condition all the time like: operate, pressurization, humidity, temperature…etc. I catch up and follow up the work schedule to choose the suitable time for maintenance activities and repairing.
