• Responsibilities - Update and apply HR policies for full-time employees and contractor employees. - Control functions of C&B (through Vendor or by myself) for region (payroll, report system, personal income tax, social insurance…) both full-time employees and contractor employees - Provide line managers with sound and effective advices on all staff issues, support managers in the region about the dedication, development, performance, motivation and contribution of the workforce - Forecast and manage all budget related to employee expenses - Elaborate and provide monthly reports, control strictly HR structure of the Hub/SOC based on standard HR structure/labor productivity - Build standard operating procedure (SOP) for C&B system from processes, instructions to specific forms - Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
