I'm Kim Hang from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology in Business English. I did many part-time jobs such as Receptionist: at California Fitness and Yoga Center (CMG company), English tutor, Shop Assistant of Cafeteria, Teaching Assistant, and English Teacher currently. One of the jobs I became more mature is Receptionist. During my freshman time, in a 5-star professional environment, I had the opportunity to learn about teamwork, carefulness, being creative and able to under high pressure, customer service skills, solving complaints, also raising fellowship up. Especially, I used to be a member of the Happiness Fund (the team in charge of events), then I learned time management to arrange tasks meet deadlines, financial management to use the money of the company properly, control the budget well, and strategy planning to handle issues. I became a versatile staff as well as possible. I feel that doing as an intern at your company will increase my learning opportunities and contribute benefits for the company with my strengths: I'm a quick learner with Business English skills and communication skills, logistic thinking, and good problem-solving skills. After completing the internship, I hope that I will become an official staff and in 2 years I will be a manager. With the right opportunities and my efforts, I believe that I can achieve my goals.
