Responsible for day to day store operations, working in a multi site capacity, as well as handling the online sales. Merchandising, and story telling was a key aspect of this customer facing role, which required an indepth knowledge of over 300 products rotating on a seasonal basis. Training of new team members was also integral to both the role, and success of the company. In addition, my resposibility was to ensure regular content and copy, was updated accross all online selling platforms, to ensure they were up to date, with current stock holdings and positioned to maximise online sales.
