My name is Dang. I am a student at Vatel – Hotel & Tourism Business School. I am writing to express my interest in the Bar Back position. Through the knowledge and experience accumulated at school as well as previous jobs, it has helped me sharpen my professional attitude, my ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, as a server in one of the Michelin selected restaurants, Bom Kitchen & Wine bar, I was trained about the knowledge of spirits, wines and coffee, which I believe that are valuable foundation to support me in understanding and meeting the requirements of this position.
