Born and raised in a poor family without further condition to continue my dream for higher education, I always keep teaching myself to scope the hardship and overcome it in life, starting up the very first steps of Hospitality trained at KOTO - Know One, Teach One was a very open journey to my life. I have fulfilled and obtained necessary skills such as good communication, experiences in Food and Beverage knowledge, in serving customers, in booking/reservation task and managing at work. Those can help me achieve in working as a position of Guest Relation Officer or Reservation Executive/Sales Admin to bring the treasure values to the customers in hospitality and tourism which has been developing nowadays.
