Born and raised in a poor family without further condition to continue my dream for higher education, I always keep teaching myself to scope the hardship and overcome it in life, starting up the very first steps of Hospitality trained at KOTO - Know One, Teach One was a very open journey to my life. Be ready to go somewhere else to fulfill the experiences and keep learning. To be flexible at work, to be honest, responsible for tasks, teamwork, ambitious but a very concerned - person. Coming back to KOTO where I was trained to go outside for working was a wonderful honor. I did all what I had learnt out there to the place where I did again found love and peaceful. The professionalism is the key to be admired by others, the knowledge is the second one to make people feel you are knowledgeable to teach/ train them, especially the trainees at KOTO. At the position of Assistant to Restaurant Manager, I did learn so much more experiences at the higher level of management. Working with the director of operation was a key to find out there are many strenghts I have, working with the hospitality consultant was a great chance to know that what I am still lacking of, I was the one who run the operation without restaurant manager in few months, seeing from what I have done, the experiences I had is treasure.

I love to work in hospitality especially in the hotels or resorts as an assistant to any higher posistions. I have fulfilled and obtained necessary skills such as good communication, experiences in Food and Beverage knowledge, in serving customers, in booking/reservation task and managing at work. Those can help me achieve in working as a position of Guest Relation Officer or Reservation Executive/Sales Admin to bring the treasure values to the customers in hospitality and tourism which has been developing nowadays.
