Waitress - The process of a waitress at a 4-star hotel is to welcome guests upon arrival, give all 3 menus (food, drink and wine), introduce and suggest accompanying dishes and drinks. In addition, before the buffet time, I have to set up and prepare tools and equipment to serve guests buffet as well as a la carte. - I am also one of the employees served on the VIP floor of the hotel. On this floor, there is only one shift, so my duties are almost the same as those of an incharge shift person, taking responsibility and solving what happens during the shift. I will also understand the basics of the wine serving process. - At the end of the shift, I cleaned up my section and reset the entire layout of the breakfast buffet. If I work the morning shift, after finishing the breakfast buffet, I prepare and set up the lunch buffet Cashier & Hostess - Create bills as well as pay in all forms for customers using services at restaurant and hotel - Answer calls to advise on table reservations, conferences, and banquets, assist with answering questions for outside customers, and receive room service orders for room guests. - Advise and guide guests to see meeting rooms, banquet halls, buffets... When guests arrive directly at the hotel. - At the end of the day, record sales revenue for the day, make reports, and inventory money. Make form service using confirmation for guests to sign confirmation and pay after parties and conferences.
