During my internship in the Sales Department of Saigon Prince Hotel, I gained valuable experience in event organization and customer service. Specifically, I assisted in planning and executing large-scale conferences and banquets, ensuring smooth operations from preparation to completion. I also handled on-site issues promptly to maintain service quality and deliver excellent customer experiences. Additionally, I learned from senior colleagues how to conduct business performance analyses and develop strategies to enhance the hotel's competitiveness. My work also improved my coordination skills with various departments like Banquet, Technical, and Restaurant, as well as my professional communication via phone and email. As a Sales intern specializing in F&B, I also had the opportunity to support other business segments such as Corporate, MICE, and Leisure by assisting with contracts, room quotations, and group instructions,... These experiences not only deepened my understanding of hotel operations but also strengthened my adaptability and teamwork skills.
