I am currently the Senior Training Specialist at Sun Group, where I oversee training initiatives across the central region of Vietnam. Before this role, I served as the Learning and Development Manager at Mercure French Village Bana Hills Hotel (Accor-managed, Sun Group-owned), leading the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for hotel staff. I hold a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from the prestigious Vatel France Hotel & Tourism Business School. With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed expertise in designing and delivering impactful training, coaching, and soft skills programs. In addition to my corporate responsibilities, I am a freelance facilitator, conducting workshops focused on hospitality, customer service, and leadership, sharing my knowledge and expertise with industry professionals.
