*Doorman : + Welcome guest with warmest gesture and escort them to check- in area, assist to bring their passport to Reception and notify to Guest relation to serve welcome drinks. + Manage and control all the Check-in & Check-out luggages at the Lobby and in the storage. + Observe entrance lobby to make sure every demand of the guest are receive & give them support as soon as possible. + Give all the information & activity of resort and in the island for guest when they need support. *Airport Representative : + Present at the airport to welcome guest follow flight & transportation schedule of the resort. Ensure all amenity is already set up in the car. + Give a warm welcome to the guest at the airport entrance to make first impression. + Assist luggages and escort guest to car and introduce all the utilities in the car. + Announce to the FO team, manager that guest already picked up and on the way to the resort. + Give a small talk and some information about the island with guest to make them feel comfortable and relax during the trip to the resort.
