Maximize the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-value training solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices into learning initiatives. Build strategic partnerships with external training providers to enhance development programs. Work closely with HR to strengthen talent management, succession planning & performance reviews. Lead, mentor, and empower the L&D team (Coordinator & English Teacher) for professional excellence. Drive employee engagement through meaningful internal activities that foster a positive culture. Oversee PDP for promotions, designing development plans, coaching, and follow-ups.
