I am a Restaurant Manager with hands-on experience operating restaurants in both hotel settings and the Old Town area of Hoi An. My strengths include building operational procedures, staff training, cost control – especially in menu set-up, concept development, and maximizing revenue through product and service quality. I have strong communication skills, handle situations flexibly, and work in a clear, responsible manner. I enjoy team development, staff coaching, and constantly look for ways to improve guest experience. One of my weaknesses is being too hands-on at times, which leads to taking on too much. However, I’m actively working on delegation and building a stronger team structure. I’m looking for a professional working environment with long-term potential and new challenges.
