Main Responsibilities Recruitment and Training Legal about ( License, Labor contracts, Economis contracts,...) Build organizational and process development Buil KPI and OKRS, headcount and budget Payroll Labor, Income Tax, Insurance , Visa, Work permit 6: Building corporate culture * Juridical - Supervise all activities of the company related to rules, regulations, contracts, licenses. - Review and prepare legal documents of the company including: contracts, written agreements, notes and documents of Company sent to partners and vice versa. - Understand the legal processes of complaints, disputes and related legal proceedings; - Update current law regulations - Review economic contracts, labor contracts. - Representatives of the Company received inspection teams - inspectors of the state authorities. - Participate in building and updating company rules and regulations and ensuring that all company rules comply with the law. * Human resouces - Organize to build Company organization chart; Advising and proposing organizational plans, decentralization in the Company. - Coordinate with other departments to build functions - tasks of each department, from which to base and implement; Build descriptions for each position. - Set up KPI, OKRS, Salary Range , Orientations - Develop about Labor Rules, Labor Agreement, Salary regulations and policies on using resources of the Company according to decentralization.- Reviewing budget according to annual targets; Develop recruitment policies according to the draft or replace, when necessary supplement human resources - Develop processes related to recruitment, integration training, signing and re-signing labor contracts and terminating labor contracts. - Organize training outside, training inside within the Company, develop training policies on soft skills, management skills to help employees improve their professional expertise. - Manage timekeeping, calculating salary - bonus according to company regulations; Settling cases of complaints and questions related to the salary and bonus. - Build and implement promotion policies for employees, ensure inheritance in the Company. - Discipline violations of the labor regulations, prevent disputes arising. - Build policies to evaluate the satisfaction of employees thereby improving the operations systerm of the Company. - Build annual budget for the Human Resources department. * Administration - Manage, supervise and approve the allocation and recall of tools-tools and stationery - Manage the allocation of uniforms, materials - consumables. - Organize events, conferences, summaries, team building, travelling ... to connect employees in the whole company.
