My name is Le Anh Tuan, a soon-to-graduate student from Thuongmai University majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management. I have hands-on experience as a Sales Intern and Banquet Staff at hotels under Accor Group, such as Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha, where I supported group bookings, contracts, and event coordination. My strengths include strong organizational skills, clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly. I am familiar with hotel management systems like Opera, basic knowledge of Delphi, and proficient in Microsoft Office. My main weakness is that I have not yet had long-term full-time experience, but I am eager to improve and willing to take on challenges. I aim to contribute positively to the Sales team by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and excellent customer support.
