Head of Volunteer Committee - Student Support |11/2023 - 11/2024|: - Plan events for over 300 students to participate in. - Schedule a timetable and give each member a specific task. - Organize bonding events, which increase member interaction and engagement. - Handle conflicts that arise between team members and issues that arise in the program. - Perform evaluations and offer extra instruction in skills to enhance members' performance. - Arrange and carry out member development programs, skill training, and orientation sessions.
