My role at Hilton Da Nang is to provide high quality food and beverage service to guests. This includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, mixing drinks at the bar and ensuring all areas are clean, safe and tidy. My team works closely with the kitchen and other departments to maintain Hilton’s luxury standards, create memorable experiences for guests and handle all guest requests professionally and efficiently. I also develop a special beverage menu to promote Vietnamese culture and ingredients.
