Trong thời gian đi học và cho đến hiện tại, em song song làm công việc bán hàng online. Qua công việc này, em học được nhiều kỹ năng như chăm sóc khách hàng, quản lý đơn hàng và doanh thu, cũng như giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống với khách hàng. Bên cạnh đó, em cũng từng làm chuyên viên tư vấn bất động sản nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng giao tiếp và chăm sóc khách hàng. Em đã có thời gian thực tập tại khách sạn 3 sao ở bộ phận buồng phòng, qua đó hiểu rõ hơn về quy trình phục vụ, tác phong chuyên nghiệp và sự phối hợp giữa các bộ phận trong khách sạn. Em là người có tinh thần cầu tiến, chủ động học hỏi và luôn sẵn sàng tiếp thu những kiến thức mới.
