Create branded recruitment materials (flyers, banners, social posts) and manage HR communication across all platforms. Lead mass recruitment during rebranding phase: Successfully onboarded over 150 new hires, including more than 15 international staff. Initiated and implemented onboarding programs for new staff, including welcome kits, orientation agendas, and cross-departmental introductions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
