I am currently living in Nha Trang and would like to express my interest in an Operations / Guest Experience role.
My background combines hospitality experience with strong operational and systems thinking. I have managed villa operations in Sri Lanka, working directly with international guests, handling bookings, and ensuring service quality. At the same time, I have experience improving processes and structuring workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational issues.
I am particularly interested in roles where I can contribute not only to guest communication, but also to improving internal processes, coordination, and overall service consistency.
With fluent Russian and strong English, I can effectively support international guests, especially the growing Russian-speaking segment.
