My name is Ánh Việt, and I have a background in hospitality and travel management, with hands-on experience in both hotel and travel agency environments. I previously worked as a Sales Executive at a travel agency, where I was responsible for handling hotel bookings, preparing quotations, and coordinating with hotel partners to ensure smooth service delivery. I also had the opportunity to work as a Meeting & Event Trainee at a hotel, where I supported event organization, prepared contracts and sales materials, and worked closely with different departments such as Front Office, F&B, and Reservations. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in customer service, communication, and cross-department coordination.
