Although I do not have extensive experience in senior management positions, I possess strong expertise in mixology, including both classic and modern cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages. I have solid technical skills and participated several bartender competitions, with experience working in cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels and resorts. I have developped a wide range of creative beverage concepts for special occasions and events, collaborated closely with Bar Manager and FB Manager in operation. I am highly motivated, proactive and constantly eager to learn, grow and pursue further career development opportunities. Litterature – I have been running an online bookstore specializing in literary works for the past 04 years, starting during COVID period, as a small side business. I am also passionate about cuisine, often drawing inspiration from food to enhance creativity in beverage development.
