Assisted in preparing daily reservation reports at the beginning of each shift. Sorted and monitored reservation emails from individual guests and OTAs; drafted reply emails under staff guidance before sending to guests. Entered and updated reservation information in the Opera system following departmental procedures. Assisted in creating bookings in Opera PMS based on information provided by the Reservation team. Supported checking and entering group booking data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinated with team members to update booking status and support handling reservation-related requests.
