• Direct CCTV Room Manager : Operates and monitors the system 24/7, ensuring security in the perimeter and public areas. Extracts data for internal investigations when necessary. • Daily reporting and recording of event information flow based on CCTV system. • Human Recources & Roster Management: Arrange weekly/ monthly duty schedules for full-time & part-time staff, ensuring no vacancies during peak hours or major events. • Field assignments: Directly supervise checkpoints and patrols, ensuring staff strictly adhere to regulations and maintain a professional demeanor. • Timekeeping System Management: Responsible for setting up and managing fingerprint data and controlling the working hours of the daily wage workforce, coordinating closely with the Human Resources department to ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits. • Collaborate with the Engineering department and other relevant departments to ensure continuous operation. • Inspect fire safety and security equipment . • Conduct thorough patrols of the entire hotel, prepare reports, and document incidents. • Implement emergency response plans (security, fire, customer issues). • Having flexible working hours and using software in Work proactively, report work progress to management. • Possesses tact and skill in handling situations with clients and colleagues.
