PARK HYATT SAI GON Room Service There are three shifts each day: morning, afternoon, and night. The morning shift primarily focuses on preparing operational equipment, organizing napkins, clearing trolleys, and setting up amenities for the rooms designated for preparation during the day. The afternoon shift is responsible for responding to phone calls from guests ordering room service, arranging turndown services, and coordinating birthday and anniversary cakes. If there is an apology card to be delivered, they will ensure it is set up that evening, although their primary focus remains on fulfilling food orders for guests dining in their rooms. The night shift is tasked with collecting doorknobs when no butler is available. The duty phone operator will take food orders as needed. Compared to the morning shift, the night shift is less involved in setting up amenities, with the afternoon shift primarily preparing breakfast boxes for guests who have made advance reservations.
