Guide customers to their tables and take orders, as well as handle other customer requests. Coordinate with other departments (FO, Engineering, etc.) to handle and resolve customer requests. Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues. Set up tables, serve customers, and ensure service quality meets established standards. Prepare accurate billing invoices and compile daily revenue reports at the end of each shift. Distribute responsibilities among staff in a restaurant shift
