+ Participate in building the operational structure, inter-departmental processes, and the hospital's first-year development plan regarding conversion metrics across channels. + Participate in coordinating the initial marketing plan, controlling costs and personnel effectively. - Market & Partner Development + Negotiate and connect with over 20 ward/commune units in the area, implementing the outpatient channel. + Support the signing of 10 clinic partner collaborators to establish initial partnership channels. + Organize community screening programs, developing the hospital's initial patient pool. - Results + Implemented the program for 2 months (December–January 2026), reaching 2,000 cases. + Converted over 100 cataract surgeries. + Contributed 1 billion VND in revenue from the outpatient channel to the hospital.
