Vietnamese Foodies opened firstly in 2018 and expanded its operations to 5 different locations in Dubai. The restaurant menu offers a diverse lists of full course meals including appetizers, main meals and desserts. Beverage menus are also enriched with home-made drinks, coffee and iced tea. With its dedication in customer service, Vietnamese Foodies has been awarded as “The Best Asian restaurant” and “The Best Budget Restaurant” awards in Dubai for 4 consecutive years from 2019-2022. Prepared, cooked and presented authentic Vietnamese dishes, including ordinary and vegan / vegetarian, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free options for 200+ guests per day. Assisted the Sous Chef to design new dishes for the restaurant’s speciality menus. Worked to tight deadlines, ensured that orders were served quickly but not affecting on the quality of dishes. Maintained strict standards of hygiene and food satety throughout the kitchen. Prepared ingredients and frequently checked food stock for replenishment (vegetables, spices etc.,). Provided adequate training and supporting new staff.
