● Set up new restaurants – Mamasens and Kyo Watami. ● Set up purchase process. ● Being responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both food, nonfood, equipment and POSM. ● Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project. ● Being in charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules. ● Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors. ● Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget. ● Processes the necessary clearance documents. ● Tracking supplier’s monthly debit and making payment. Achievements Set up Procurement system for chain of Watami restaurants ( Japanese)and Mamasen( French).
