E-commerce Sales Executive (10/2020 - 11/2023) - Manage all OTAs website through extranet and CM. - Upload all information, images, rates an policies on OTA’s extranet. - Estimately caculate channel promotions (especially campaign deal/ exposure marketing deal) to improve ranking-invisibility on front end. - Negociate contract either B2C or B2B. - Set-up hotel’s package and promotion on hotel website (depend on target customers). - Reply customer’s reviews case by case on online booking channel, Google, Tripadvisor. - Reply customer’s message on online booking channel. - Daily disparity checking between OTAs channel. - Checking available on hotel’s system to upload suitable rates and available rooms on CM. - Export and summary OTAs revenue report. - Small meeting with MM to analyse and review performance of hotel, such as: ranking, visibility, revenue, conversion rate, customers behavior,... And find the solution for the remaining problems. - Find domestic and international market to quote a suitable promotion for each season. TA Sales Executive (04/2022 - 09/2022) - Send annual contract to Travel Agent. - Email or personal contact clients new promotions. - Obtain request from customers and quote prices base on rate table. - Negociate with customers to issue their benefit as well as special prices to win the group. - Offer better prices when customers request MICE service. - Final services through email and input booking into system. - Solve the problems or amend information before and during guest’s staying date. - Final statement or record 1 day before check-in date and hand-over to reservation (such as: Listing guest, payment, contact infomation, check-in time,...) - Double check with accountant and receptionist for invoice statement and issue contract liquidation minutes. - Together with accountant to collect debts (If any) - Handle domestic travel agent Banquet Sales Executive (04/2022 - 09/2022) - Email or personal contact clients a new promotion. - Obtain request from guest and check function to quote prices. - Follow-up clients in order to assist their wondering. - Deal with clients to find a common voice to sign contract. - Send email to final services. - Send guest’s request of event through BEO and Co-ordinate to support others department to complete conventions and banquets. - Final service and confirm payment and invoice before guests check-out. - Solve other special request from guest. - Together with accountant to collect debts (If any) Reservation Agent (04/2022 - 06/2022) - Process and handle email from TA for annual contract. - Confirm and reply FIT booking request email from TA. - Input booking on PMS. - Receive calls from customer, prices quote based on approved room rate and upselling available hotel services. - Amend booking from TA and customer request (if possible based on property’s policy). - Coordinate with the FO and HK to arrange and ensure efficient service before, during, and after guests' stay. - Coordinate with Sales and FO to arrange between ROH and FIT - Follow up the COD and payment of FIT/GIT for sales in charge. - Update the information (CI time, phone number, contact of leader, guest list,...) - Store and manage the annual contract numbers signed between companies and the hotel. - Check the avaiablity on PMS for TA demand. - Receive and process clients’s in inquiries. - Handle other tasks given by manager.
