I am a hospitality leader with 15+ years of international experience, specializing in hotel and resort operations, guest experience, and commercial performance. My career has taken me across 9 countries — including the Maldives, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Egypt, Tanzania, and Nigeria — leading multi-cultural teams in both resort and city hotel environments. Each market has shaped how I approach operations, guest experience, and revenue strategy. I specialize in bridging what is often separated in hospitality: operations and commercial performance. I manage end-to-end hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Recreation, Spa, Security) while also driving revenue and distribution strategy including ADR, RevPAR, OTA optimization, direct booking growth, and digital performance. I also bring hands-on experience in guest experience design, having started my career in Recreation and Wellness and working as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and certified fitness trainer. This background has helped me design guest programs and experiences that go beyond standard hotel offerings. Key achievements include: +15% ADR, +28.8% RevPAR at Kendwa Rocks Zanzibar, with 4x growth in direct bookings +15% net profitability improvement at Pawapi Resort Thailand through yield and cost optimization Restructuring OTA presence, removing fraudulent listings, and improving online visibility from scratch across multiple properties I have supported ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Green Star, Forbes Travel Guide, and LQA standards implementation, ensuring both operational discipline and guest service consistency.
