- Manage and oversee all landscape maintenance and pest control operations across the resort, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. - Develop and implement monthly and annual work plans for landscape and pest control contractors in accordance with contractual requirements, budget objectives, and operational priorities. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily activities for landscape and pest control contractors, including work scheduling, site inspections, and performance evaluations. - Conduct daily inspections to ensure contractors comply with service standards, contractual requirements, and resort expectations. - Review, analyze, and consolidate landscape and pest control reports to ensure compliance with sanitation and audit requirements. - Review and approve additional works and costs outside contractual scope while ensuring budget control and operational efficiency. - Collaborate closely with Rooms Division, Residence Management, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to maintain exceptional landscape conditions and effective pest management throughout the property. - Walk through with property owners manning team and stakeholders to address concerns, gather feedback, and coordinate corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
