Pre-Opening Phase Responsibilities: + Review and coordinate with contractors to finalize design drawings, connection diagrams, and labeling files for server room racks, IDF racks on each floor, and data ports in server room, BOH, and FOH areas. + Set up and install equipment in the server room and IDF rooms across floors. + Deploy the POS Workstation system. + Test the functionality of TVs and Chromecast devices, and install Wi-Fi in guest rooms. + Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to the network system, POS system, and IPTV system. + Conduct inspections and acceptance testing for contractor-delivered systems and equipment. Operational Phase Responsibilities: + Install desktop computers and laptops for users, assist with email configuration and printer setup. + Build and implement the System Access Request platform to allow users to create IT support tickets. + Deploy and install the BOB system. + Set up projectors for conferences and meetings. + Provide user support across departments for troubleshooting issues with computers, printers. TVs. and quest room Wi-Fi.
