- Checking the completeness, legality, and validity of documents and recording them into each arising economic transaction. - Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash and bank transactions; managing goods receipts and issues; issuing VAT invoices; reconciling and paying debts with customers and suppliers. - Monitoring the allocation of tools, equipment, and fixed assets. - Tracking attendance, preparing payroll; reporting labor changes (increases/decreases); handling social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees. - Declaring Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT). - Finalizing CIT, PIT, year-end financial statements, and management reports as required by management. - Completing accounting documents, records, and properly storing them with absolute confidentiality.
